Twenty years experience in all aspects of land acquisitions, subdivision, real-estate development and general contracting, Mark K. Weiss brings sound fundamentals, a team of veteran third-party consultants and a seasoned perspective to clients for a wide variety of real estate matters.   

After graduating George Washington University, Weiss trained and functioned as a construction superintendent for commercial and residential tract-home builders in the Baltimore and Philadelphia metropolitan areas. Supervising the construction of hundreds of homes and buildings, Weiss gained hands-on experience in the principles, methods and standards of the professional construction industry. Building on this extensive experience, Weiss founded several companies and designed, financed, marketed and built over 475 houses in the Philadelphia region.

Over the years, whether as owner, consultant or as senior executive management, Weiss has led the development of nearly 2,000 building lots and hundreds of homes earning wide recognition from organizations such as the Home Builders Association, where Weiss was awarded several coveted “Pyramid Awards” including Best Single Family Home; has been featured in national publications such as Builder Magazine and was appointed to serve on the Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission’s Committee on Land Use and Development.
