The Builder

Mr. Weiss has been a real estate builder/developer in the U.S. Mid-Atlantic (PA, NJ, DE) market specializing in development of single family and multi-family projects. During the past 20-year period he has identified home-buying trends, secured prime buildable land and has designed and developed residential housing projects. As a real-estate developer-entrepreneur, Weiss has experience in all levels of land development and home-building, building nearly 500 homes and developing over 1,000 lots. 

Mr. Weiss is a graduate of George Washington University and lives in Radnor, PA with his wife and children.

The Team

Polly Carlton, Interior Designer

Polly Carlton opened Winslow Interiors in 2011 after gaining 15 years of experience with a Main Line Design firm. It is her collaboration with Weiss & Associates, LLC that has given her the opportunity to hone her aesthetics and skill set. Being part of a custom build project from conception on paper influences Polly's best interpretation of a space, and her selection of color and materials. The end result is the perfect balance of design elements in a client's forever home.

DonALD Kotchick

Mr. Kotchick has over 20 years’ experience in residential homebuilding, remodeling and all phases of construction management. Mr. Kotchick is responsible for day-to day construction operations. Mr. Kotchick brings his well earned reputation among his former clients, subcontractors, banking institutions, housing authorities and municipalities to the Weiss team.  

Kimberly Agnew

Kimberly joined Weiss & Associates in 2016. She brings 10 plus years of experience in operations and marketing in the real estate industry. Kimberly is involved with all the back-end office management.

Dave thorley

David has over 30 years’ of diversified industry experience with high end specialty builders. He joined Weiss as an on-site Project Manager. His depth of knowledge and experience insures the highest level of construction.
