Mr. Weiss has been a real estate builder/developer in the U.S. Mid-Atlantic (PA, NJ, DE) market specializing in development of single family and multi-family projects in greenbelt and infill locations. During the past 18-year period he has identified home-buying trends, secured prime buildable land and has designed and developed residential housing projects. As a real-estate developer-entrepreneur, he has experience in property level feasibility, due diligence analysis, acquisitions, entitlements, development and general contracting.
Mr. Weiss focuses on residential real estate (single-family, multi-family, mixed-use and adaptive re-use) in markets that exhibit favorable demand characteristics and supply constraints.
He seeks to leverage local knowledge and secure and acquire real estate equity assets in prime, in-fill, locations from distressed sellers.

Exit strategies are designed to intensify investment returns through value-add approaches such as: perfection of entitlements, changes in use(s), completion and/or repositioning of construction and/or sales, increased density via assemblages, etc.
Mr. Weiss has served on the Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission’s Committee on Land Use and Development; has received “Pyramid Awards” from the Philadelphia area Home Builders Association, and has been featured in national publications such as Builder Magazine. He has also served as Director of Land Acquisitions for two well known Philadelphia-area based residential developers.
He holds a BA from George Washington University.
